for the coming years yes, however if I look at the longer term I think the mega miners will slowly fade away and the hashrate be replaced by heat reuse projects (which includes home miners, but also schools, hospitals, district heating, etc.).

The reason for the megaminers to fade:

1. The reason that they currently make a profit is that there is missmatch between the cost to produce and the amount of miners existing. Over time there will be more and more miners on the network, this will push down the hashprice and will price out the ones that onlyl mine for profit, the ones that mine with heat reuse will survive
2. The mega miners all are pivoting to AI anyway, reducing the overall hashrate by mega miners.
