I getcha, I appreciate ya. I'll say one thing I appreciate is the hover feature (hovering my mouse over the item gives me the title and author and sats, etc.) When that update came along, I stopped listing them this way, because I appreciate the work of the person who created the hover. And listing them out felt redundant after that. I usually add my commentary to the list, this time I just didn't. Yeah, I agree with you, it would have looked better with one of these changes.
I can explain. On my bio, I like the links to first represent quantity. If it were full of text, it would be too much, a wall of text no one would read. Since the hover feature exists, I rely on this to capture the interest of anyone who's curious, which means they'll have to stay longer looking at my page, hovering about. This is a plus.

I'm resentful of this statement you made here
Thanks for listing mine:) And a little suggestion: you could actually list articles like this, so it might be easier for stackers to look what's there.

My Local Bar is Closing: On Schelling Points and the Decline of Third Spaces
The hack I've discovered is simply to go to the page of that article and copy the title, or you can also do it manually with the markdown format: []then()
