Introducing a new contest and contest format for the dog days of summer.
Stacker Sports Summer League will be a 50/50 contest where 50% of the prize pool will go to the winner and 50% will go to @NEEDcreations geyser fund for his bitcoin educational app https://bitcoineducation.quest

Prize Pool: All buy ins plus all sats (minus fees from contest related posts)
How the contest will work: The contest will be based on a points system that combines month long or event based futures that will be worth 5 points each for picking the correct winner and weekly pick 'ems (similar to USA vs The World) where participants can accrue points from individual games.
Futures picks will be locked in at the beginning of the month and cannot be changed. There will be a total of 20 points available in futures picks and 20 points available in individual game picks via weekly pick 'ems. Example of futures/event futures would be "Which MLB player will hit the most home runs in August" or "Who will win the F1 Dutch Grand Prix?".
The player that accumulates the most points by the end of August wins 50% of the prize pool. The final pick 'em of the month will include a tiebreaker element in case we have one or more players tied at the end of the competition.
Deadlines:
- Buy in must be received by end of day July 31.
- August futures picks must be received by end of day August 1st.
- A deadline for pick submissions will be posted on each weekly pick 'em post.
