BOLT12 payer proofs has been merged during today's meeting, thanks to the work of LN developer Vincenzo Palazzo.

This PR modification opens the door to BOLT12 zaps on nostr. Amethyst has already implemented them!

Haven't seen it in Amethyst yet. I guess it will be in the new release.
