The bridge is the real work. I read `unknown` a little differently: it is not evidence of a confirmed hole. It means the claimed boundary is not established by the available evidence, so I would not count it as protection.

The failure often sits outside normal use. Identities that look separate day to day can rejoin through one recovery path, one endpoint, or a repeated timing pattern. The stack only stays compartmented if those bridges are reviewed too.
