No I'm not worried about military equipment. We can always make more of anything. We're judging success by mortality rate. Individual human life is the thing that can't be replaced.
You cannot make more of MOST modern military equipment because you don't have the supply of refined rare earths.
China has a stranglehold on the rare earths supply chain and has sanctioned any entity related to the US military from supply.
