But I'd be a bit hesitant to categorize the inability to make any adjustments until mere hours before the actual split as "without a hiccup."
That seemed more akin to a fish bone getting lodged sideways down a throat.

I never had my sats 'stranded' as you say on PREDYX.

I don't know what's different for me.
Previously I had a greyed out pay me button for the small amount that remained after I withdrew my winnings (left over ~150 sats).
Just tried again and now I am just getting a "Request failed with status 400" error.
Still not quite hiccup free if you ask me.

Well not quite without hiccup, I have 567 sats stranded on the app I can't get out after winning that bet.
What do you mean by stranded? I've just checked on my account, I can withdraw any amount I want to from what I have in my PREDYX wallet.
I was able to pull out 56,662 sats after they paid out. That left 567 sats in the wallet. No matter what amount of that I try to pull it either errors or says it completed but doesn't actually transfer. I reached out to their support and they confirmed that it was a problem and "were looking at it from their end". They then went silent and stopped responding to follow ups. They have in essence stolen 567 sats. It's a tiny amount of money now but every fucking sat counts.
Awesome. What a success that market was. Hopefully more big ones around the corner.
