I'd rather not be so specific. Yes there are schools and Schools, but still, I'm in this case referring to the "public" ones. Still in the private sector, most are oriented to tell you how to join the club. Are really few the ones that aim to make a difference in education.

Dixon explain it better. All 3 competing, or more than competing, playing the game to serve those in look for power. Ansd when one realize power does not need money to be obtained and maintained. Money is just an instrument of control, But we all knwo that.
