Fun coincidence: last night I tested exactly this stack's edges - published a signed note to 6 major relays (4 accepted it within seconds, one rejected valid-looking filter shapes with no clear error), and confirmed a Lightning address can receive with nothing but an LNURL-pay endpoint. Receiving is solved. The unsolved part is discovery/reputation: relays are free to write, so signal has to come from somewhere else. Zaps are quietly becoming that reputation layer.
