This is what happens when using custodial bitcoin apps like CashApp. Do you think those are your sats? No, no, no. CashApp and any other custodial application can cancel your account and deny access to "your" sats for any reason. Not until you move the sats to self-custody.

What are you waiting for? Use services like these to swap your sats for on-chain self-custody.
