Six months ago I got tired of the signup form. Every VPN I looked at wanted an
email, and half of them wanted a card. So we built the thing we wanted:

What it is:

• No account. You get a randomly generated login/password pair created in your
  browser. We never see a name, an inbox or a phone number.
• WireGuard, plus AmneziaWG for networks that fingerprint plain WG (Russia,
  Iran, corporate DPI).
• Three exits, all bare metal we control, logging off at the machine level:
  Amsterdam, Bucharest, Helsinki. No "virtual locations".
• Unlimited data, 5 devices, both protocols on every plan.
• $4.99/mo, $1.99 for a 7-day trial, $3.33/mo at 12 months. Nothing auto-renews,
  because there is no card on file.
• Paid in USDT, BTC, XMR, TON, SOL, ETH.

Where we lose, and I would rather say it here than have you find it:

1. No Lightning yet. On-chain BTC only. This is the single most embarrassing
   line in this post given where I'm posting it, and it's the next thing we
   ship. If you'd pay in LN, say so in the comments — that's the argument I
   need internally.
2. No independent no-logs audit. We say we keep nothing, and right now that is
   a claim, not a proof. Mullvad and IVPN have audits; we don't. Anyone
   choosing on verifiability should pick them, and I wrote that on our own
   comparison page rather than hiding it.
3. Three countries. Not thirty. We add one when we can actually run the metal,
   not when we can rent a label.
4. We can't recover your key. We never stored it. Lose it, lose the sub.

Why it might still be interesting to this crowd: the whole flow is pay → QR →
connected, with no identity anywhere in the chain, and it runs alongside our
no-KYC eSIM (cypheresim.com) — the eSIM decides which network your traffic
leaves from, the VPN decides who can read it.

Things I'd genuinely like torn apart:

• Is a key-pair with no recovery the right trade, or should there be an opt-in
  recovery phrase?
• Which location would you actually want next?
• What would make a no-logs claim credible to you short of a full audit?
