This post is going to hurt, I am not writing it to make you feel good, I am writing it to make you stop and think. If you prefer to stay as you are, stop reading here. But if you have a little honesty left, go ahead.

We have been saying for years that we are free, that we are our own bank, that we need no one, and that is true, however, there are not a few people who call themselves Bitcoiners but could not tell a UTXO from a potato 🥔 They leave their sats on exchanges, trust custodians they do not know, use wallets they have not audited talking about decentralization while depending on three or four platforms for everything.

The worst part is that they believe they are superior to the rest of the world 🙄

• They despise those who do not understand Bitcoin, but do nothing to help them understand.
• They laugh at those who use fiat money, but create no real alternatives.
• THey criticize banks, but their only interaction with Bitcoin is buying and selling through an app

Cryptography is not a consumer product. It is a discipline. 📚 And like any discipline, it demands study, practice, mistakes, and humility. It demands that you get your hands dirty, that you make errors, that you learn from those who know more than you. It demands that you stop delegating and start doing. 🛠️

Because if you do not understand how Bitcoin works, you are not free, you are just a lucky user, and luck, in this system, runs out.

It is not your balance that makes you part of the network, it is your ability to operate autonomously. It is knowing that if the exchange goes bankrupt, if the custodian disappears, if the government decides your funds are suspicious, you will not have to ask anyone for permission. 🚫 Because you have your keys. Because you have verified your node. Because you have learned to do it. And that, my friend, cannot be bought. It is built every day, with code, awareness, and mistakes. ⚡

So, Bitcoiners, stop looking for shortcuts. 🛑 Stop believing that your balance makes you a revolutionary. Stop trusting influencers and gurus. 🧙 Run a node, even if it is on a Raspberry Pi. Verify a transaction, even if it is just one. Read the whitepaper, but also read the forums. Understand the economic foundations, but also the technical ones. 🧩 Freedom is not bought,itis built,and if you are not building, you are just taking up space.
