It must be the translator who made a mistake... I understood that I had to find the team myself.

What do you mean? Every week the games will be posted and you pick one team you think will win but you can only use that team once. It's pretty straight forward. You will get the hang of it quickly. 

To win straight up just means to win the game. The odds don't matter. Even if one team is favoured to win by 14 points but they only win by 1 it doesn't matter that is still a win and you survive.

My suggestion is for the first couple weeks see the teams most people are picking and look at the odds to see which teams are heavily favoured to win the game. I will post the odds along with the games to make it a bit easier to access which teams are most likely to win.
