Oof. woulda coulda shoulda...

There's lots of things one could change with hindsight or a time machine.

I guess the big ones are:

  1. Should have bought bitcoin when I had a chance at $800. This were so new then, even trusting the purchasing sources was suspect and fly by night sketchy.
  2. Should have started my Roth accounts younger when I had more free cash (like at 18 versus late 20s).
  3. Should have gotten into real estate much sooner - it's the biggest asset/wealth generator consistently paying off, even better than BTC.
  4. Should have never moved to the Bay Area/San Francisco. It was and is a money pit and energy suck. Lost 5 years of time there on stuff I could have done, achieved for 1/4 the cost elsewhere.
  5. Should have traveled more when I was single. Much harder with family and kids.
