As an inexperienced Science teacher, I carry out various strategies / plans in order to get inspiration for the setting of exam papers. I scrutinise past-year papers from other schools to get my creative juices rolling. Nothing is as effective as visiting places of interest and learning about science authentically. When I have time to spare, I do consult seasoned and senior teachers whom I can trust to give me good advice.
