The best is:

To the Bitcoin community:
We are fighting for what we believe in, for the users whose funds were taken, and for the principles on which Bitcoin was built.

Why would Bitcoin community cheer or fight for L-BTC?

@blockstream_official you are missing the detail about you being a registered corporate business with the obligation to operate for profits. Liquid is NOT bitcoin, is just pegged to it, now at 1.000 LBTC = 0.857 BTC.

Let's rephrase your message for the audience: #1568837

I agree with this. Blocksteam / the federation are on the hook to refund BTC to LBTC users who wish to swap out no matter what. Though in my opinion it should still be at 1 LBTC to 1 BTC, they messed up the peg and users should not be at a loss here.

@optimism I read no mention that they promised a bounty. If they had, wouldn't they have mentioned it here? I think this explains "(maybe even 0)".

Yes, ek, you're right. Because the absence of information is evidence that you are right and am I wrong. Good luck!

It’s evidence, yes, but not a proof.

Have your party.

All of this has been orchestrated to fall on a Friday Night by Stacker News, to prevent a mass exodus of users, after they integrated the Spark shitcoin.

We will work with law enforcement, exchanges, service providers, forensic specialists, and other relevant parties to trace and recover the assets and identify those responsible.

Appealing to centralized authority...

Such cypherpunk. Very decentralization. Wow.

Bitcoin is transparent by design

I've been told making this point is heresy
