My Justification: While OP_CAT has no immediate activation path on the base layer, it is already a highly discussed feature for driving utility on upcoming Layer-2 Bitcoin ecosystems

I'm thinking of creating a market for CTV/CFSS. Afaik they both are implemented on Liquid BTC and there has been long standing talks in Bitcoin twitter regarding them. The proponents say covenants make Bitcoin better money.

I don't think any of the covenant conversations, nor OP_CAT will garner much controversy. They are too technical and bland for people to really get worked up over.
I don't think BIP110 generated controversy on its technical merits. It was because it became a moral issue ("Bitcoin is money! not some dumping ground for vile jpeg porn!"). What gives rise to the next controversy will probably have more to do with ideologies and morals than technical things.
Thanks. Yeah I agree. Still I see some people trying to create some controversy out of it after the liquid hack. Liquid has already implemented both CTV and CFSS.
My main motive is to get suggestion for whether I should create a market on PREDYX with some big liquidity. But what you said makes more sense and I will probably create the market but with less liquidity.
