Yokohama residents in Japan have a reputation for having good memories. This is attributed in part to their diet. It seems feasible for anyone of us to adopt.
The three things they often do are:
- drink wine more often
- eat tomatoes more often
- eat cheese more often
Do you agree or disagree?
Hmmm. Just not too much wine… exercise outside
true, everything in moderation
I'm guessing they still do those things less than most Americans.
Do you have any idea what they do less of than other Japanese people?
no.
When I happen to learn more, I shall report back xP
I already eat tomatoes and cheese all the time. If that’s really the secret to a good memory, I should be remembering everything by now :D
but some things ought not to be remembered so vividly
I have high cheese and tomato intake. I stopped drinking alcohol. Maybe I should reconsider.
incredible restraint!
what’s your substitute for alcohol?
