Lately, I’ve been seeing posts on X about attacks on Bitcoiners aimed at stealing their wallets; in the process, their family members get hurt, and some even lose their lives. I don’t know if all these reports are fake or just some of them, since the sources can't always be verified. I urge all Stackers to keep a low profile and not go around bragging about owning BTC—whether it’s a little or a lot. Be careful about the sites you visit and the information you share, as that can lead people to your home and result in a dangerous situation. Providing your home address when buying a wallet is another bad practice; it’s better to use an alternative address (like a P.O. box or parcel locker) so you can't be linked to the purchase. I’m sharing these tips out of concern for my fellow Stackers. There isn't this kind of violence against Bitcoiners in the country where I live, and I hope it never comes here!
