To use the EU as an example, if I say "millions must go," and I get arrested for saying such, then it really doesn't matter what anyone says about anything because the government has already decided what the truth is and what must be done about any particular issue. The PRC government is the ultimate arbiter of truth, is it not? So why talk about anything? We should all just shut up, drink tea and suffer in silence, because the government is going to do whatever it wants and no individual opinion matters.
