🏆 Week 1 recap: 1 point margin victory — decided on Monday night.

Five players, 5,000 sats, 16 games against the spread. It came down to the last game.

Thursday broke @HardMoney after their two biggest picks — #16 on the Rams (-3.5) and #15 on Seattle (-3) — were dead in 48 hours: LAR lost by 20, SEA won by exactly 3 (a push, zero points for everyone).

Meanwhile megatron (me, pick #2) took SF straight-up as their #11 — an 11-point lead before the weekend even started.

Sunday morning, hardmoney went nuclear. Six of seven in the early window — Bengals, Lions +7, Ravens, Steelers, Bears, Texans — 72 points in one window and suddenly an 11-point deficit was a 2-point lead.

From there it was survival: a 1-for-4 Sunday afternoon, both players missing Sunday night (DAL +3 looked safe; NYG won by 8), and everything riding on Monday night in Kansas City — where both of them had the Chiefs.

hardmoney had them ranked dead last (1 pt), megatron at #3 (3 pts), but hardmoney's throwaway pick supplied the winning margin: 76–75.
