What if the ”dirty” UTXOs get deposited into e.g. Phoenix wallet and the node runner has a channel open with ACINQ?
I don’t think ACINQ freezes coins?

Sooner or later, all big nodes will stop accepting channels from random people. Binance and Bitfinex already do so.

Binance and Bitfinex just don’t like opening channels with low liquidity randos. And liquidity is for sale.
And even if they reject my channel, they can still forward my payment if there’s a path.

An UTXO can be used to open a channel. When you pass all the sats to the other side and close that channel, your peer will receive your headache. So it is dangerous as a node runner to accept channels from strangers, let alone private ones.
