This is a pretty useful ChatGPT workflow if you sell anything online. You can take one decent product photo and turn it into an entire campaign asset kit.

  1. Upload your product photo

Open ChatGPT → Images and upload a clean photo where the packaging and logo are clearly visible.

  1. Create the master campaign image

Tell ChatGPT exactly what you want: setting, lighting, mood, props and where you want empty space for text.

Try: “Use this product image as the hero of a premium summer campaign. Preserve the exact packaging, logo, colors and proportions. Place it in warm natural light with subtle organic textures and minimal props. Keep it clean, high-end and realistic, with negative space on the left for ad copy.”

  1. Don't settle for the first image

Generate 2–3 different directions. Pick your favorite and make small edits until you have one strong master creative.

  1. Turn that ONE image into every format you need

Resize/adapt it to:

1:1 — social feeds
4:5 — Instagram
9:16 — Stories/Reels
16:9 — website banners/ads

  1. Build the rest of the campaign

Using the same look, ask ChatGPT for:

• Launch ad
• Sale/promotion graphic
• Testimonial graphic
• Product-only image
• CTA version

Now everything looks like it came from the same campaign instead of five unrelated designs.

  1. One last trick

Ask ChatGPT to create a transparent-background cutout of the product.

Now you have a reusable product asset for presentations, websites, emails and future ads.

The important part is starting with one master creative and building everything else from it.

One product photo → one visual identity → an entire campaign.

Pretty impressive amount of work from a single photo.

One of the good things about AI that isn’t dangerous :)

The real power here is turning one strong creative into a consistent brand system instead of starting from scratch for every platform. 🔥 Keeping the product identity consistent while adapting the format is what makes this workflow valuable. I’d also love to see how well it preserves tiny details like logos and packaging text across different aspect ratios. One good photo, endless possibilities! 🚀
