Being offended by the Bible is not grounds for a public order offense. Reciting the Gospel in a public street is not automatically "threatening." Calling the encounter "intimidation" because a passer-by disliked the message does not conjure the mental element the statute demands. Courts have said as much, repeatedly, after officers have already cuffed, swabbed and bailed the preacher.

England went off the deep end a long time ago, and it is a classic example of a police state out of control (which is something we're headed towards with all the police state nonsense we're doing here in the US).
Unlimited immigration was great for the corporate low wage employers and politicians as it boosts the housing market and GDP generally and covers up The Feminist Careerists failure to reproduce natural citizens sufficiently.
Trouble is immigration of alien culture in sufficient numbers creates a threat to your culture and security.
Both the left and the right allowed the unchecked reliance upon immigration.
Its hard to fix once past a certain point but Britain is wrestling with it now as are/will all nations who allowed too many immigrants in for too long.
No church songs outside of church grounds sets a great precedent for no pigs outside of the farm grounds tho
