Would you mind telling about your experience with that VC? What happened next? Did they end up funding you to continue working on the prototype?

It was a casual call with one of their analysts iirc to get to know each other. He wanted to know why I didn't continue delphi.market. I told him the reason was mostly time (I was working here at the time) and regulatory concerns. I'm not sure if they would have funded me, but I wanted to spend my time fuzzing lightning as a FOSS contributor instead anyway. So one reason is time again, haha.

Are you pursuing a venture?

I mainly asked because VCs have a certain reputation. Once other people give you money, they start steering your business and it’s not your business anymore.
