Russia is in a state of total war, with about half of all tax revenues officially going to the invasion; something like 20% of GDP.

If you are paying taxes in Russia, you are not a civilian. You are part of the Russian military. The onus is on you to either leave, or stop the war. Millions of Russians already have.
