I don't usually copy AI's output verbatim, but AI oftentimes produces a sentence that can replace an entire paragraph or two of my writing, without lessening the message.
Writing to explain something technical (e.g., why specifically the website went down for 30 minutes) for non-technical people is hard for me, and AI helps me so much with that.
