If Brian's not fast though he won't be able to shoehorn lightning into OB3 in time and beat the new batch of lightning native markets.
So what's the difference between OB2 and OB3 (besides Go vs Rust)? For instance, does it address any of the issues that prevented OB2 from being sustainable?
