Megalithic is another LSP worth considering.
You can go to mempool.info and check their lightning explorer, find a node, and try to open a channel to it. Many of them have minimums of 100M sats.
If you are on Electrum (disable trampoline routing), it will suggest nodes for you. Electrum has a similar minimum. You could also use this plugin to automate opening channels and finding peers. It's designed to provision INBOUND liquidity (able to receive), but you can change some settings so that it never drains the channels if you want your liquidity to be outbound (able to spend)
