What makes you think that they read their own slop? They don't know.
Their mind is made up too, so there's no point in reading what you argue, or even read what they argue themselves. You must always double down, or you're a sad little loser. Thus, to be a real winner, you outsource the doubling down, so that you can do 100x the volume of arguments. And since no one reads anyone's arguments, no one knows what a retard you are.

But there's one other slop cause that we often forget about: people using LLMs to translate to English. If it's a never-ending stream of comms, then that may be the cause rather than ego or sats.
