I really wanted to point out it. Omaha would be out of 100 if warren Buffett wasn't there. He's $148 B and when I checked there are only two more billionaires with roughly $3.5 Billion between them.

I also think that some asian cities are actually much more wealthy by GDP per person as they are not as costly to live in as do the cities in the west.
