If your offensive line can't block and your receivers can't get open, quarterbacks tend to struggle

The outside receivers can't get separation and defenses can pack the middle plus the pass blocking has been worse than I expected

Herbert has also struggled with a new scheme but he is also frustrated with his teammates and coaches for being incompetent
