I'm wondering if anyone has taken the plunge and bought real estate in El Salvador? From a legal perspective it seems like a fairly easy process for foreigners. I'm looking to buy in the next year or two.

I wish El Salvador implemented e-residency like Estonia.
It could be a nice gateway drug into phisically moving there later.

My wife and daughter are also a concern. I was thinking buying for an air bnb use for fellow bitcoiners the first few years.
