I see that in your [intro blog post](https://10101.substack.com/p/noncustodial-trading-with-10101), it says this about the oracle:

With this in mind, one can create DLCs governed by multiple oracles, where only a subset of them (e.g. 2-of-3 or 5-of-9) need to agree on the outcome of an event for the funds to be divvied up in a particular way.


How is the oracle actually implemented in 10101? And who is/are the oracle(s)?

Yes, 10101 will act as a LSP so that you can open a LN channel via lightning :) 

We want to ensure that our system is stable enough and will open up the closed beta for additional users step by step.
