I don't think it's this, because it's at a platform level, not specific to which podcast you're watching. You might be referring to the promoted podcasts, which is probably based on the podcaster.

Oh I see you're referring to the app rewards, yeah I am not too interested in how fountain subsidises user growth and retention, more about how the market for attention is developing, does it offer podcasters a better cpa/cpl this to me would be interesting because it shows if its a worthwhile product that can compete with other forms of promotion
