LOL, last time I checked they asked 0.0005 BTC (50k sats) "network fee" for withdrawals even with almost empty mempool. So, they should not have problems paying 200+ sat/vB tx fees.

Maybe it is. But the question we should answer (and solve) is why it is the biggest exchange in the world, and therefore one of the main holders of BTC.
