No, I don't think it was published yet. Spoiler: Stacker News didn't win. It was my fault - my pitch was kind of gimmicky. I made it super concise and to the point ("Stacker News values your attention") in an effort to standout, but I think the judges thought I wasn't taking it seriously. I also have all the social composure and charisma of a person who spends all day on a computer ... and they converted my slides and broke all the formatting so it looked wack.
Plebs said it was good though.

Florida doesn't normally sit at the top when filtering on "region". It did the day you pitched.

I feel your pain. I got downvoted to hell on reddit for telling people about this site in a gimmicky way. I think it's hard not to sound gimmicky when you're excited about the possibilities of this place. I guess I'll never be done learning.

I got kicked from the r/Bitcoin Discord channel even, immediately after sharing a Stacker News post (about DiscoPay, tipping on Discord).
Which is funny because, in Nov 2010, I was the first person ever to create a post on r/Bitcoin (after the initial Bitcoin whitepaper post they had launched it with).
