Well, something usually becomes a reserve currency because it is the best store of value currency out there, as well as being the most widely accepted.
I could see countries backing currencies with Bitcoin as a way of co-opting it. It is far more likely, though, that Bitcoin remains as a store of value for some time to come.

It will probably be a gradual process. Countries and central banks are already starting to buy Bitcoin, so it's a partial reserve now.

Once a big Country make Bitcoin a reserve currency others will follow immediately

Maybe so, but it will have been a gradual process of accumulating Bitcoin reserves leading up to an official designation of reserve currency. It's not like central banks catch each other off guard with their decisions very often.
