Join the phone-less gang. We have un-interrupted sleep, hours of concentration time, and periodic questions of "how do you live without a phone", to which we respond "pretty good."

I also used to not have a phone for a while after I forgot mine in the train and I was too frugal to immediately buy a new one.
It was a great experience.

Yeah, I played around with this a few years ago actually. I tried a few variations: No phone, feature phone, and rooted Android where I removed pretty much everything aside from the maps and WhatsApp.
Ever since I got into Bitcoin around 2019 / 2020 I've been spending waaay too much time online. It'll be good to have a sabbatical.

For me, I never use my phone for an hour after waking. Or watch tv, drink coffee, or anything else that makes me stupider and weaker. I get sunshine. I got this from the monk, Pedram Shojai.
