I'd imagine that @bitman has got as much in common with @Darthcoin as Batman would have with Darth Vader - capes and lack of imagination in the wardrobe department. But IRL we do both have Bitcoin.

I might have a strange taste in theatricality, but I thought having Darth hunt around the forum looking for the merest whiff of shitcoinery was quite funny (alarming for those who trespassed his etiquette) but I thought DC might be helping people to question whether they might be secretly having a taste for dog tokens.

In fact, not so long ago, I did toy with the ifes that SN might want to theatricalize Dc's presence when he entered a chat - the benefit of that being that if Darth seemed theatrically OTT enough (outlining that he was different than us mere mortals - something like the lightning flash but more Darthy) I felt that any fears that newcomers haf might be lessened if they saw it as being a funny character performance rather than a threat. After all, I thought, Twitter, Reddit et al wouldn't be able to have such theater.

However, I decided not to suggest it because if officially endorsed, and became a loose cannon, then SN might find themselves in a bad position somehow - and I felt that wouldn't be great.

Whether Minimi Darth is successful or not; I think I'm going to miss that ol' way of his.
