It's weird how the banks behave...
Some people are complaining that the banks deny the transaction when a customer wants to move their own money to an exchange...
And a day later, the same bank publish a document about Lightning Network...
They will always be the enemy, because they see the writing on the wall.
They are fractional reserve banks, which means they have to wait for a cash delivery.
