Gavin Andresen "Satoshi's first heir" was, the past used intentionally to route Bitcoin's beginning, a very very good developer but an atrocious project manager, read how the worst centralized one, in my opinion.

Not to mention a signer on the NY agreement.
Also, the believing CSW's fake signing (although he has since changed his mind on this) has done an incredible amount of damage.
