I hear you, but this specifically would allow me (and likely others) to go full non-KYC Bitcoin+Lightning only. I would not need to own any fiat and this would be my interface with the rest of the world until the world switches too...

Why do you accept fiat in the first place? Just say to be paid in BTC. Don't accept anymore fiat and convince as much as you can merchants to accept your BTC as pyament.
