that would be an increase in fees, right?
I wonder what the practical privacy benefits of the new release are. As I understood, Phoenix was no better than a custodial wallet in that regard (they can track everything)

That's the routing fee which previously floated (up to 0.5%).
Privacy wise it's the same as before.
