There’s quite a nice burger chain in Pittsburgh called Burgatory. They let you design your own burger and even have bision, elk or impossible. I love going while visiting friends.
Bison tastes really good. Its like a sweeter version of beef. Have you tried elk?

I’ve tried them all! I go back and forth between the bison and elk, depends on my mood.
Both are leaner than the beef and the elk has a subtle game to it.
