I need to make a proper donation page for the site so we can collect funds over Lightning, but if you don't mind fiat donations, GitHub is where it's at.
Yas but I run lnd right now. If they block on bolt12 for too long, I might switch off. For now I'd probably just generate invoices on demand or use some higher level protocol for recurring donations if it exists.
