If you would have asked me six months ago I would have probably said a few of the wallets already mentioned in other replies. Now though, as things evolve and better solutions are developed I think my favorite would have to be Blixt Wallet https://blixtwallet.github.io/ I recommend it to anyone getting started with LN. A few months ago I would recommend a starter wallet then when they got comfortable with that I'd recommend another. No need anymore, just get Blixt Wallet and you're good. All the basic stuff then all the advanced stuff when ready, no real need for multiple wallets. Also if they are running a node and looking to open some channels then it really becomes a no brainer to have Blixt Wallet, without it you are just asking for trouble at some point in the future since Blixt Wallet is also a mobile node that you can restore to if/when shit hits the fan on your other node.

Blixt Wallet 100%. It’s a full LND node in your pocket and you can open channels to any other node you like.

It also has the Dunder LSP which makes onboarding easy. If you don’t have a channel or enough inbound liquidity, it will automatically open an inbound channel toward you when receiving the payment.

You can even recover failed LND nodes with it using the static channel backup.

Blixt. Really good Interface, runs as a sort of lightning node in your pocket with channels and everything.

I use Zeus more than anything (if we aren't counting SN's wallet). And Muun would be my second non-custodial pick.

I have been using Strike more recently and it is very convenient if I don't have capacity and need some sats quick. I've stopped using Cash App because the fees are relatively high.

Zeus is really awesome, with the latest version Evan nail it. I love it. For managing your own nodes (supports 3 LN implementations) and also added LNDHUB wallets (lntxbot, lnbits, BW lndhub) is really useful. I have like 7 accounts in my Zeus.

I ran into a crash loop on Zeus trying to connect it to my cln node. Not sure it has been fixed since but the app is unusable for me now :(

Interesting about Cashapp! I've been waiting for Strike to be available in Europe.

Not really sure. I've used Muun, Bluewallet and Breez. I'm not running my own node currently. I've used Breez to login to SN because it supports ln-auth.

Breez is really the only non-custodial lighting wallet you listed. You need to control your own key to use lnurl-auth.

If you want a wallet like Breez but with more flexibility to even open your own channels, then check out Blixt Wallet.

I like to buy Bitcoin on CashApp, but use Muun and Ledger as my wallets. I'll most likely use the Block wallet when it comes out.

I would not consider Strike as a pure LN wallet. Is more like a fiat wallet that uses LN to move funds. I wish the team behind Strike to focus more on Zap, but they abandoned.

I know, people in US are OBSESSED with using visa and still keep using fiat. And Strike is exactly the one that keep people into using fiat...
