Calling an open android port "linux" is a stretch. Limeageos and calyx and graphene are also by definition "linux" if that stance is taken, so you could just as well put "linux" on any phone using those.
You are right. That's why in ProX Phone I put one of the OSs "Google's Linux". I know this is not correctly technical but I'm trying to separate Normal Android as Google Linux from Others OS Linuxes and Anddoird Google Free forks as Linux as well. My focus is to support those companies that put it already pre-installed.
