I didn't understand how bad it would be to be under the KYC/AML boot until recently when my local tax office sent me an email asking for some BTC that I didn't declare. Not long ago I thought that getting too deep into the non-KYC game was just a little paranoid, but now in hindsight I regret not have taken action earlier. All platforms will eventually report to your tax office and you will never be able to get off the hook unless you leave your country or go full living-in-a-cave way of life. I hate to admit, but there is no way out of this but to pay. Most visible figures in this space are related to some type of KYC platform and that is simply BS, BTC was created to escape that kind of coercion and if someone asks for your identitly in order to peacefully and voluntarily exchange anything, than you should know it's not for your own good. Stay out of it fellas, don't fall into it. I already emptied a couple of accounts I still had with BTC, but the registry is still there waiting for some local tax officer to pick it, I hope it won't keep haunting me. I already checked out but don't know if I can ever leave.
Then I will give the solution:
  1. Educate yourself int his matter first (see my previous post, contain a lot of links to study). Start here
  2. Take control of your strawman (gov name), using UCC-1 form. If you do not know how, here is a nice guy that can help you
  3. Notary that document, with a simple online notary or blockchain record, signed also by 2-3 witnesses. That document is the ultimate proof that YOU, the living man, have full control of that "commercial vessel" that is your strawman (gov ID).
  4. Make your own ID. Yes, make your own. You are the only one that can OWN your name, not a gov. Your body is your "country".
  5. Make a nice web where you declare and post your affidavit of living man, declaration of sovereign man, schedule fee (your conditions in case you are forced to enter in contract) and where everybody can read your status.
  6. Every time you are harassed by a gov agent, talk nicely and accept their offer CONDITIONALY. That means you put such conditions that they can't accept them. So their only way is to let you in peace.
ONLY then you are a true sovereign man. Bitcoin is just another tool that a sovereign man can use. But in itself, Bitcoin is NOT ENOUGH. KYC is just another form the gov is tricking you to enter in contract with them. You agree - they eat you- You don't agree - you just tell them GO FUCK YOURSELF.

Yes, KYC is really bad. but your point of view is looking to the wrong aspect in this case.
  1. Everything in this world is based on commerce, a contract.
  2. NOBODY can force you to do anything if you do not enter in contract with them.
  3. So those tax office agents only want to enter in a contract with you. You accept = you are their victims, there's no way to escape. You do not accept = they can kiss your ass.
  4. You have custody of your BTC? Good, they can kiss your ass. Send them a nice letter saying: "Please provide any evidence that you, as bla bla bla, have any jurisdiction or authority over my own money and labor. Please provide any evidence that you have any jurisdiction over a LIVING MAN (this is very important)."
This is your affidavit of living man. If they can't rebut it, they are done, they can't touch you.
Learn how to be a real sovereign man not a slave that only obey gov rules. I recommend to all here to watch and pay attention to all videos in this channel, are very important, selected specially for importance. Are explaining perfectly how the world is enslaved and is a slavery by consent.
Don't be a slave and give your consent. Be a sovereign man and debunk their lies! When taxman comes to my door, I just sent them a nice FUCK OFF.
