No, you are wrong. It is not a "layer 2" and is also not competing with LN. And btw... it is a long way until it gets a useful working prototype from a simple medium article. Don't try to sell the bird from the wall...

I disagree with you, all documentation I read say it is a Layer 2 and it will be a competitor.
